15 Murders: Inside the Mind of a Serial Killer
A documentary about serial killer Edward Payne was commissioned by directors Jack Hamill and Brenda Hill on April5, 2011. Nearby a small hamlet in Oregon, Jack Hamil's partially decomposed body was recovered three weeks after his death. Police were led to a farmhouse on the outskirts of town after conducting an investigation into the incident. What they discovered there would rock the tightly-knit town to its foundations. The bodies of more than a dozen women were discovered in the basement. The kitchen table was littered with stacks of documentary cassettes.
