Neda Agha-Soltan was shot and died in the streets of Tehran on June 20, 2009, following the Iranian presidential election. Images of her last moments, taken on mobile phones, emerged on computer screens throughout the world within hours, drawing global attention to enormous protests against Iran's disputed elections. "For Neda" premieres immediately before the one-year anniversary of her death, and includes previously unseen footage of Neda with friends and family, as well as exclusive video of her taken the day she died.
