Mudhoney
Within this depressionera tale, Calef is travel from Michigan to California and quits from Spooner, Missouri, at which Lute hires him to get jobs. Calef becomes a part of the niece of Lute , Hannah. However she is married to Sidney, a drunk who hopes to inherit his uncle-in-law's money. Also an eccentric preacher and sidney plot against Calef, that finds it hard to conceal his growing affection for Sidney's wife and his mysterious past.
