The Glass Shield
J.J. is really just a rookie in the Sheriff's Department and the first black officer at that channel. Racial tensions run in the section as some of J.J.'s fellow officers chased his presence. His only friend is the other new trooper, the first officer to get the job done there, who also suffers similar discrimination from the work atmosphere that is male. When J.J. becomes aware of police corruption throughout the murder trial of Teddy Woods, whom he helped to detain , he faces difficult conclusions and puts himself into grave personal danger in the aid of justice.
