The Good Neighbor
David, a former New York Times journalist, and his weird new neighbor strike a girl on her bike. David, drunk and bewildered, allows Robert convince him to leave the girl for dead to safeguard his job. Robert exhibits no remorse, and in the name of friendship, he goes to great lengths to keep the secret hidden. As the police hunt for the hit-and-run killer, David's newspaper sends him to cover the incident, where he meets the victim's sister Vanessa. Despite the circumstances and her determination to uncover her sister's killer, the two establish an instant romantic connection, which surprises and disturbs David and pushes Robert to take cruel measures to keep his new companion to himself.
