The Sound of Scars
The story of 3 lifelong close friends who conquered domestic physical violence, chemical abuse and depression to create Life of Agony, one of one of the most prominent bands in its style, led by the very first openly transgender singer. Via the success of their groundbreaking 1993 launching "River Runs Red", hailed by Wanderer as "One of the best Steel Albums of All Time", they channeled their cumulative life stories into a soundtrack for a damaged generation. This brand-new found popularity enabled them to subdue the catastrophes of their past, but in its wake brand-new barriers developed.
