Auf Wiedersehen Pet is really just a British series around seven migrant construction workers who leave the UK to search for labour overseas. At the first series, they work and live with a building site in Düsseldorf, Germany. For a businessman on his swimming pool at his villa in Spain, then a man or in the English countryside, they work From the 2nd series. At the series, place after they get back for a major project in the Middlesbrough transporter bridge that contributes to them in Arizona. At the series, they work with a British embassy in Havana, Cuba.
Tim Healy, Kevin Whately, Jimmy Nail, Gary Holton, Christopher Fairbank, Pat Roach and Timothy Spall performed the roles.
Auf Wiedersehen, Pet was created by Franc Roddam after a notion from Mick Connell came to light. It was written by Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais, who wrote The Likely Lads, Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads? And Porridge. Stan Hey additionally contributed writing a range of episodes. Clement and LaFrenais's Witzend Productions and Central Television co-produced the first two series and the series were aired at 1983-1984 and 1986. A revival of the series saw two chain and also a Christmas special displayed on BBC One in 2002 and 2004.
The series has been the first episode of the BBC series Drama Connections' main topic.
