Murder Call
The Australian television series Murder Call was produced by Hal McElroy for Southern Star Entertainment and aired on the Nine Network from 1997 to 2000. The idea for the series was inspired by Jennifer Rowe's Tessa Vance novels Suspect/Deadline and Something Wicked. Both books were adapted into episodes of the television series. The series focused on the cases faced by Tessa Vance and Steve Hayden, an unorthodox duo of homicide detectives.
