TC 2000

The environmental overkill had arrived at some point in the future. Many people had perished. The underground was created by the wealthy, while the impoverished were forced to remain on the surface and form gangs in order to survive. Jason Storm, an underworld guard, learns about a plot to murder everyone on the surface of the planet. He must escape to the surface, and he does so by enlisting the help of Sumai, a renowned martial arts instructor.
