Neon Detroit Knights

After being deployed undercover to bring down a crime group, two detectives are in over their heads. They are employed by the identical person they were put undercover to take down 30 years after their Captain was slain. Recruiting low-level criminals into the crime syndicate's organization on Detroit's night streets. They spot a suspect who is more than meets the eye while out on a delivery operation one night. They track him down through a time vortex to the 1980s. Is it possible for them to repair their past without damaging the future?
